Meet the team
Andrew Bull Managing Director
Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.
Russell Barling MARLA, Lettings Manager
Russell has been in the property industry his whole professional career after graduating from university in 2003. He has been specialising in residential lettings since 2012, and as lettings manager his role encompasses all areas including rental valuations and advising landlords, as well as conducting viewings. He is based at our Banstead branch but also covers our Cheam branch. He is a qualified member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and his experience covers all types of properties and developments in Surrey and London.
Steven Jones Sales Manager
Steve joined Williams Harlow in July of 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager. His role involves overseeing and running the busy sales department at the Banstead office alongside conducting valuations for sale and probate purposes.
Barry Hinton Sales Manager
Barry lives locally and knows the area intimately, plus has over twenty years’ experience in Surrey property markets. He works alongside Steven, Reece and Carol in our market leading sales department.
Reece Vousden Sales Negotiator
Reece joined Williams Harlow in March 2016. His role entails arranging and accompanying viewings, registering buyers and providing feedback to our sellers. He is responsible for call backs to registered buyers to encourage viewings on new properties when they come to the market. He also provides sales progression information to clients on agreed sales.
Carol Palmer Weekend Assistant
Carol started her career with Williams Harlow in May 2010 and has always worked in a customer facing role within the Surrey area. She has lived locally in Banstead for over 30 years. She works every Sunday and alternate Saturdays in registering buyers and ensuring they are contacted when new properties become available.
Louisa Darke New Homes Sales
Louisa has vast agency experience mainly in the Surrey area and has been associated with Williams Harlow for many years.
Julie Clark Mortgage Adviser
Julie is an independent mortgage adviser based both at Lucra in Sutton and our offices. She provides independent mortgage advice for our buyers and sellers alongside qualifying any offers for our sales team.
Anne Keirle Secretary & Administrator
Anne has been with Williams Harlow since the firm opened in 1990, and worked with John Harlow in Residential Agency and Land & New Homes for many years prior to this. Her role includes secretarial support to Andrew and the residential sales team, together with administrative duties including payroll, bought ledger and general book-keeping.
Anita Satterley Secretary & Administrator
Anita joined Williams Harlow in July 2012 and works alongside Anne Keirle as a secretary. Her role includes secretarial duties, preparation of sales particulars and preparing letters for our clients.
Claire Sandling Lettings Assistant
Claire started her career with Williams Harlow in January 2015 and has always worked in administration. She assists in a full time capacity in all matters of administration for our lettings department.
Laura Robledo Lettings Assistant
Laura joined Williams Harlow in September of 2015 and works alongside our established lettings team. Her role includes the management of rents and the return deposits at the end of tenancy terms. Alongside this she will deal with other management issues that may arise on our managed portfolio.
Nikki Brand Branch Manager
Nikki started her career in 1995 working for corporate Estate Agencies in the Surrey area and as a result she has gained extensive knowledge of the residential property side of the business. She is involved in valuations, sales negotiation and sales progression. She enjoys providing excellent customer service upon which Williams Harlow’s reputation is founded.
Thomas Nairn MSc, Sales Negotiator
Thomas joined Williams Harlow as a graduate in September of 2017 and lives locally. His role is to arrange viewings on our properties, accompany prospective buyers on our portfolio and provide feedback. Alongside this he negotiates offers and progresses sales to successful completion.
Linda Goldsmith Weekend Sales Assistant
Linda started her career with Williams Harlow in April 2015 lives in Cheam. Her office duties include arranging viewings, valuations and registering buyers on our mailing system and ensuring their details are up to date.
