Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Senior Partner.

His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.

The founding Partner of Williams Harlow started his career in Estate Agency in 1964. He moved to Banstead in 1970 and has always been involved in the practice of Estate Agency.

Williams Harlow opened in 1990 and John is still proud of the traditional style professional courteous service, combined with the latest technology the company offers. John also specialises in the Land & New Homes section of the business.

Michael is a FRICS qualified chartered surveyor and has practiced in the Surrey and South London commercial & industrial markets for thirty years. Not only is he an agent in those markets but also experienced in rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations for both company and funding purposes.

Michael is an approved appointee of The President of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, in both arbitration disputes and as an independent expert. He also arranges training courses on dispute resolution.

Nikki started her career in 1995 working for corporate Estate Agencies in the Surrey area and as a result she has gained extensive knowledge of the residential property side of the business.

She is involved in valuations, sales negotiation and sales progression. She enjoys providing excellent customer service upon which Williams Harlows reputation is founded.

Nichola has always lived in the Banstead area attending both Warren Mead and the Beacon School and subsequently studied for A levels. After leaving she joined a retail store until her start at Williams Harlow in July of 2005.

She has joined the National Association of Estate Agents which involves training in all aspects of Estate Agency.

Steven joined Williams Harlow in July of 2009. His role includes arranging viewings on our sales and letting portfolio. His other duties include providing clients with feedback and accompanying viewings when required.

Andrew has vast experience in Estate Agency mainly in the Surrey area and has been involved in most other aspects of the property business.

He has been associated with Williams Harlow since 2000, and during the last three years has been operating in the sale of residential new homes.

Ginny joined Williams Harlow in 2002 and has a good knowledge of the local area.

Her role includes alternate Saturdays at the Banstead office, holiday cover and advises on all aspects of property for sale and rental.

Sandra started her career in Estate Agency in 1999 and has worked in the Surrey area within this time. Her role includes arranging viewings and vendor feedback.

She also ensures that when a new property is brought to the market buyers are notified accordingly.

She works every Sunday and alternate Saturdays.

Alan has many years experience in the mortgage business and is associated with Thameside Mortgage Protection. He offers independent mortgage advice for our buyers and sellers.

Mary joined Williams Harlow on the residential side of the business in July 2002. When Williams Harlow Commercial opened in the autumn of that same year, she transferred to her current role.

Her duties include administration, secretarial, ledger work and providing support for the commercial team.

Anne has been with Williams Harlow since the firm opened in 1990, however worked with John Harlow in Residential Agency and Land & New Homes for many years prior to this.

Her role includes secretarial support to the Partners and residential sales team, together with administrative duties including payroll, bought ledger and general book-keeping.

Sandra joined Williams Harlow in June 2007 and works alongside Anne Keirle as a part time secretarial assistant.

Her role includes secretarial duties, preparation of sales particulars and preparing letters for our clients.
