Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director.
His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.

The founding Partner of Williams Harlow has worked in Estate Agency since 1964, moving home to Banstead in 1970.
John opened Williams Harlow in 1990 and is still proud of the traditional style professional courteous service, combined with the latest technology the company offers.
He retired in April 2007 closing his impressive 43 year career.

Nikki started her career in 1995 working for corporate Estate Agencies in the Surrey area and as a result she has gained extensive knowledge of the residential property side of the business.
She is involved in valuations, sales negotiation and sales progression. She enjoys providing excellent customer service upon which Williams Harlow's reputation is founded.

After completing her A levels, she worked at a retail store until her start at Williams Harlow in July of 2005.
She has joined the National Association of Estate Agents which involves training in all aspects of Estate Agency.

She works every Sunday and alternate Saturdays in registering buyers and ensuring they are contacted when new properties become available.

She has lived in Cheam village for 25 years and has previous agency experience and has worked for an architects practice. Tracey has also achieved an NVQ in business administration.
Her role at Williams Harlow will be to book and accompany viewings, provide feedback, booking valuations, meeting applicants and assisting with office duties.
