At any one time we have up to 500 applicants registered with our office.

Once the property particulars have been prepared we will undertake to mail these first class to the waiting buyers.  With our computerised system this enables us to be 100% accurate in ensuring all buyers are notified of your home coming onto the market.

Our staff will then make contact and encourage them to view.

Viewings arranged by the branch can be accompanied if necessary during office hours.

This means that if you work during the day we are able to meet the purchasers at your home and show them around.  All appointments are accompanied and arranged 24 hours in advance where possible.

When we arrange a viewing we promise to contact you with the feedback within 48 hours.  This will be essential to you when marketing your home as it will keep you fully updated with the viewer’s comments.
