Currently Home Information Packs are 'suspended' on all properties within England & Wales, however it is necessary for all property to have an an energy performance certificate (EPC) at the time of marketing.

EPCs detail the emissions and energy efficiency of your home for the prospective buyer. We are able to organise these for you and does not cause a delay in marketing your home. They last for a period of 10 years as long as there are no alterations to the property within this time.
