All references include a nine-point check on each and every individual occupying the property over the age of 18 years.  Once complete, should you require to see sight of these, we will be delighted to assist.

The points checked include:

• Full credit check.

• Previous landlord’s references.

• Location on a voter role at the address provided.

• Character and employment reference.

• Two forms of ID, a driving licence and passport.

• Tenancy national database check.
