Your input is welcomed in the preparation of the property particulars and ensures your property is marketed to its fullest potential. We pride ourselves on NOT using lettings lists.

We not only photograph the property from the outside but will also take additional internal photographs (where possible).

These perhaps could include your garden or view to give a fuller impression of the property and highlight any special features.

All our individually designed details are computer-generated and colour printed in our offices to give a more professional, faster  result.  They can usually be produced the same day as taking your instructions and sent to you for your approval.

These eye-catching particulars ensure that a prospective tenant is well informed on all aspects of your home.  In addition, all our property particulars contain floor plans similar to the example opposite.

Once completed, details are emailed by our system to our prospective tenants.

They are then able to view the full particulars including the internal photos, text lineage and floor plans.

For tenants without email this is done by post.
